Locksmith's style might best be described as meticulous savagery. The Richmond, Cali native has long been an esteemed beast in the battle world, but he has also been able to make a name for himself beyond youtube with notable releases, first as a part of Front Line and then as a solo artist.

With EA-Ski riding shot gun, Lock has released the video for "Man Up," which has also been receiving local radio play of late. The story line takes us through a supposed day-in-the-life of Lock as he goes from the barber shop, to Giant burger, to the club, to a fancy banquet, all the while dogged by his assistants and a dedicated hater. Lock seems to have a permanent snarl on his face, and with a little hired muscle, said hater doesn't stand much of a chance. All in all, it's a solid video from a skilled emcee.
